Privacy Policy

NeuroTeam LLC ("NeuroTeam", "we") provides AI video monitoring software that runs on top of a business's existing security cameras, and the website neuroteam.app. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@neuroteam.app.
Who this covers
- Customers and their team members who sign in to a NeuroTeam client cabinet.
- Visitors to neuroteam.app, including people who send us a request through the website.
Our customer (the business that operates the cameras) decides what its cameras record and who may see it. For video, we act on the customer's behalf. NeuroTeam support staff can open a customer's cabinet to set it up, handle alerts and help the customer; their sign-ins are recorded like everyone else's.
Signing in with Google
Client cabinets use "Sign in with Google". When you sign in, Google shares with us only your email address, name and profile picture (the standard "openid", "email" and "profile" permissions). We use your email address only to check that your company added you to its cabinet and to show who is signed in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information we handle
- Account information: the email addresses a customer adds to its cabinet, and the name and email Google returns when that person signs in.
- Sign-in records: the time, approximate location (country) and IP address of each sign-in, kept to protect the account. Each person sees their own recent successful sign-ins in their cabinet (Sign-in & security). We email a cabinet's owners about a sign-in from a new country (with its country and IP address) or about repeated refused sign-ins.
- Video and events: video stays on the customer's on-site AI box. AI events (for example "person in zone at 2:47 AM"), snapshots and short clips are shown in the cabinet and, if the customer turns it on, sent as alerts by email or Telegram to the people the customer chose.
- Cabinet settings: alert hours, recipients and preferences the customer saves.
- Website requests: the details you type into a form on neuroteam.app (such as name, company, email, phone and message), used to reply to you.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign-in, the cabinet, AI alerts and reports.
- To keep it secure: checking who may sign in, detecting unusual sign-ins, and fixing problems.
- To reply to requests and support customers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer video or Google user data to advertise to anyone.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the service, each only for its part: Cloudflare (hosting, secure connection, sign-in gateway and the "I'm human" check on our sign-in page), Google (sign-in), Resend (sending alert emails) and Telegram (alerts, only for people who connect it). They process information on our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Video: on the customer's box, for the period agreed with the customer (30 days by default), then overwritten.
- Sign-in records: the latest 10 sign-ins per person in the cabinet, deleted with the cabinet; detailed sign-in logs at our providers for up to 30 days.
- Account information and settings: while the customer's subscription is active, then deleted on request or at the end of the service.
Your choices
- Ask the cabinet owner to remove you from a cabinet, or write to us.
- You can remove NeuroTeam's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party connections).
- You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you: contact@neuroteam.app. Requests about video are handled together with the customer that controls the cameras.
Security
Cabinets are reachable only through an encrypted connection after sign-in; each customer's box connects out to us, so no camera or box is exposed to the internet. We recommend that everyone turns on 2-step verification in their Google account.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date above.
